Workmanship warranty
EZ Elite Fence, LLC warrants that all workmanship performed under your Agreement shall be free from defects in workmanship for the following periods beginning on the date of substantial completion:

This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by EZ Elite Fence, LLC. Contractor’s obligation under this warranty is limited solely to repairing or replacing defective workmanship at Contractor’s discretion. Warranty service shall only be provided after all invoices have been paid in full.
Warranty exclusions
The workmanship warranty does not cover damages or conditions resulting from:
- Vehicle impact
- Storm damage
- Wind damage
- Tornadoes
- Flooding
- Lightning
- Fire
- Earth movement
- Frost heave
- Soil settlement
- Tree roots
- Falling trees or limbs
- Animal damage
- Vandalism
- Acts of God
- Customer abuse or misuse
- Improper gate use
- Lack of maintenance
- Pressure washing damage
- Chemical exposure
- Corrosion from environmental conditions
- Third-party modifications
- Improper repairs performed by others
- Existing structural defects
- Underground movement
- Landscaping changes
- Heavy equipment traffic
- Damage caused by utility companies
- Normal weathering
- Normal fading
- Natural wood movement
- Wood checking
- Wood cracking
- Wood shrinkage
- Color variations
Manufacturer defects shall be handled exclusively through the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
SLEEKFENCE manufacturer coverage
For orders delivered on or after May 1, 2026, SLEEKFENCE lists these component-specific periods, subject to its full terms:

Hardware and third-party parts follow their supplier’s applicable warranty. Registration is required within 90 days of substantial completion, installation, or purchase. Document cleaning every six months; more frequent care may be required in harsh environments. Manufacturer coverage excludes installation labor, removal, and reinstallation, and has exclusions for improper installation, impacts, chemicals, saltwater, and extreme weather.

Other fence systems
Wood, vinyl, composite, ornamental metal, chain link, posts, gates, and hardware can have different warranties. Review the manufacturer, exact product, coverage document, registration requirements, and care instructions with your proposal. A lifetime claim for one component does not apply to every fence or to installation labor.
Repairs and welding
Repair coverage depends on the agreed scope and the condition of the existing assembly. Review any workmanship terms in your written agreement before approving repairs.
